Conner Sage Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit our website, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

The inquiry and assessment follow-up forms ask for your name, company, email address, and service of interest. The guide-delivery form asks for your name, company, and email address. When you submit one of these forms, that information is sent securely to Conner Sage Consulting through Resend, our transactional email-delivery provider. The website does not create or maintain a lead database.

Resend processes the form information to deliver an inquiry or asset request to hello@connersage.com and send you a confirmation or requested guide. Requesting a guide does not enroll you in marketing emails. Resend’s standard service retains email content, metadata, delivery status, and logs for 30 days. Messages received in our business inbox may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, protect legal rights, and meet applicable obligations.

Limited technical request information, including an IP address, may be processed temporarily to prevent spam and repeated submissions. It is not written to a website lead database.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, referral source, interactions, cookies, and similar online identifiers. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy practices.

We do not send your name, company, email address, assessment answers, or inquiry contents to Google Analytics. Analytics may record non-identifying events indicating that an assessment was completed, a form was used, or a guide was requested.

How information is used

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, analytics, and email delivery. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention and security

The website does not maintain a database of inquiry-form entries. Resend retains email content, metadata, delivery status, and logs for 30 days under its standard service. Emails delivered to our business inbox may be retained as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the settings and policies applicable to our Google Analytics property. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to use the inquiry form and may contact us directly. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs, by emailing hello@connersage.com.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
